Premier League-bound Wolves target ATK’s Robbie Keane


London : Indian Super League (ISL) outfit ATK’s marquee man Robbie Keane is on Wolverhampton Wanderers’ radar.

Wolves currently sit on the top of Championship Table and are all set to return to the Premier League.

Wolves are now planning to welcome back Robbie on their road to promotion.

Robbie Keane joined Wolves as an academy player in 1996.

In the following year,the Irishman made it to the first team.

The striker,who is all-time leading goalscorer for Republic of Ireland, continued to be a part of the Wolves till 1999.

It is being speculated that Robbie Keane might take an early exit from ATK to join his boyhood club.

Inspite of being out of team in the first half of the season due to injury, Keane came back to score 2 goals for Teddy Sheringham’s side,one of these yesterday against FC Goa.
